First recipe.. here we go. I love these because they are easy to make and
delicious. I don't feel too bad eating them because there is no flour, butter OR sugar! I will cut to the chase with the recipe and you can decide for yourself...

Prep Time: 15 mins Bake Time: 25 mins
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp vanilla 2 overripe bananas (mashed) 2 cups oats (I use Quaker whole grain) 3 tablespoons flaxseed 1 tsp cinnamon 2 servings vanilla protein powder 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter 1 cup dark chocolate chips (optional) Nonstick cooking spray 9x9 baking pan

Preheat oven to 375. In large mixing bowl add applesauce and honey and stir until mixed (I use my Kitchen Aid hand mixer on medium speed). Then smash your bananas in a separate bowl and add those, along with the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl add your dry ingredients... so oats, peanut butter powder, cinnamon, flaxseed and protein powder... I used Vanilla flavor ProAction Whey (bought from Total Nutrition- MN) and I think it adds a yummy flavor!
Then in your large mixing bowl, slowly add the dry mixture until completely stirred.
Spray your pan with nonstick cooking spray! Add the dark chocolate chips to your final mixture and pour into the pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until middle is cooked all the way through. Enjoy!
